I am a concrete contractor and own thousands of dollars of pressure washing equipment, but we were growing and I was looking to keep our team focused on the trade that we do best. Our first collaboration was on a large aggregate driveway that one of my clients needed cleaned and sealed after we built an extension and his team knocked it out of the park! They brought several truck mounted rigs, provided their own water, and completed in 2 days a project that would have taken us a week! A gem of a company! I can’t say enough good things about Grant’s Superior Exteriors Cleaning. The quality of their work is excellent, and their prices fair; Grant is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and his customers’ best interest is his top priority. Grant gave us an initial quote, but on the day of service, he detected areas of concern on our roof that if he had proceeded, could have caused internal leaks. He took pictures of the problem areas and immediately called one of his trusted roofing contacts who confirmed Grant’s suspicion. He advised against pressure washing the roof until it is repaired. While he could have risked it, he chose to be cautious, and we’re so grateful. Our stucco walls needed special attention, which they were careful to provide, and they cleaned our windows, and concrete driveway beautifully. What a difference! Superior Exteriors done an EXCELLENT job on my house, they cleaned the windows inside and out, including the screens and the sills. A very detail oriented, They look like they did two years ago when the house was new!!! If you want The job done like you would do it, this is who you should call!
